Mobile service and diagnostic equipment

Field service operations include diagnostics, repair, and adjustment of control, on-off, and safety valves, leak testing of on-off valves, as well as supervision of installation and commissioning of equipment.

For this purpose, both foreign diagnostic complexes and in-house developments are used, along with mobile workshops and test and calibration stands, as well as containerized tool and spare parts warehouses. This enables the full range of work to be performed directly at the customer's site.

For its clients DS Controls offers the following on-site services:

Technical condition diagnostics of pipeline valves;
Repair of control, on-off, and safety valves;
Adjustment (calibration/setting) of safety valves;
Adjustment (calibration/setting) of breather valves;
On-off valve seat leakage testing;
Installation supervision and commissioning of equipment.

The following modern equipment is used for these operations:

Diagnostic systems;
A mobile repair workshop based on two 20-foot containers, which includes:

Workstation for assembling and disassembling of pipeline valves;
Metric and imperial tool kits and specialized tools,
Hydraulic test bench for safety valves calibration and testing,
Mobile spare parts warehouse and a set of flanges of various diameters and connection types for external hydraulic testing;

Mobile clamping and hydraulic stations for pipeline valves testing according to GOST.
Mobile ultrasonic diagnostic unit for detection of seat leakage rate.

DS Controls service department performs a full range of warranty and post-warranty services, including maintenance, modernization, and repairs of pumps.

The service center's engineers have successfully completed training and internships at European pumping equipment factories. The certificates obtained after their training allow them to independently perform diagnostics, technical maintenance, and repairs of the entire range of equipment manufactured by DS Controls. The service department is provided with all the necessary equipment and special tools required for working with all types of manufactured products.
