Multi-stage valve

Thumbnail 1 Multi-stage valve

Multi-stage labyrinth type valve is designed to control high pressure drops of liquid working fluids. The labyrinth shape of the trim is used to distribute the pressure drop along the axis of the plug. The construction provides effective protection against cavitation and reduces the speed of the working fluid, thereby preventing erosion and vibration. The large flow path allows for the passage of solid particles up to 1/10 DN of the valve without interference in its operation. Typical process applications include pump recirculation and water injection into a desuperheater.

Angle style
Angle style 78400 series
It is used in systems where it is necessary to change the flow direction by 90° or it is necessary to place the valve in a limited space. The angle body design ensures optimal hydrodynamic characteristics, reduces flow resistance, and minimizes the risk of dead zones. Such valves are particularly effective for vaporized, contaminated, or crystallizing media, and are also beneficial when it's crucial to minimize connections and increase pipeline system reliability.
Globe style
Globe style 18400 series
Ensures a direct flow path for the working medium through the valve, minimizing hydraulic resistance; is engineered for standard pressures and temperatures, allowing for universal application.
With an extension bonnet for high-temperature or cryogenic media
With an extension bonnet for high-temperature or cryogenic media
Extension bonnet provides effective thermal insulation for the packing gland assembly. Heat from the process fluid is not transferred to the actuator and seals, ensuring that the temperature in the gland area does not exceed 100 °C. This design guarantees reliable valve operation in both high-temperature and cryogenic conditions, maintaining tightness, control accuracy, and a long service life for the Carbon/PTFE packing.
With a PTFE seat
With a PTFE seat and leakage Class VI according to GOST 9544-2015
Provides high sealing capability, resistance to aggressive media, and minimal leakage at operating pressures and temperatures.
For hydrogen sulfide
In accordance with the requirements of the NACE MR 0103/01-75 standard for media containing hydrogen sulfide
This valve is built with corrosion-resistant materials and a robust design to withstand hydrogen sulfide. It guarantees long-term durability and dependable performance in aggressive environments where selective or general corrosive wear may occur, adhering to NACE MR 0103/01-75 standards for the oil and gas and chemical industries.
With adaptation to an aggressive environment containing corrosive gases or acid vapors, as well as the marine atmosphere
With adaptation to an aggressive environment containing corrosive gases or acid vapors, as well as the marine atmosphere
The valve is constructed with materials and protective coatings that ensure resistance to corrosion and durability when operating in aggressive industrial and coastal environments. It ensures dependable operation in environments containing acidic or corrosive gases and high marine air humidity.
With a leak-off packing
With a leak-off packing
The valve is equipped with a control system for detecting and diverting minor leaks through the gland packing, which prevents the working fluid from entering the environment and enhances operational safety. This design allows for prompt detection and control of leaks, reducing the risk of accidents and the need for frequent maintenance.
