Series 1900 safety relief valves are designed for use with gaseous and liquid fluids, as well as steam. All internal valve components are made of stainless steel. The high reliability of the design is confirmed by many years of successful operation.

Designed for applications with increased requirements for tightness and safety. Tightness is achieved through a metal bellows, which completely prevents the working medium from escaping into the atmosphere, even during prolonged operation. The bellows operates under external pressure and is protected by guide bushes, ensuring resistance to vibrations and pressure fluctuations. This design is optimal for toxic, explosive, and vacuum services where leakage is unacceptable, and guarantees durability, reliability, and maintenance-free operation of the packing assembly.

To maintain the temperature of the working medium inside the valve. The steam jacket ensures uniform heating of the body, preventing thickening or crystallization of viscous or temperature-sensitive fluids, and also reduces the risk of condensate formation. It is used in systems with high medium viscosity or in low-temperature environments.
