DS Controls service department provides a full range of warranty and post-warranty maintenance for control valves, on-off and control valves, safety valves, and digital displacer level transmitters.
A service center has been established at the modern production facility of DS Controls. Its specialists have successfully completed training and internships at European plants. The acquired knowledge enables them to independently perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of the entire range of equipment manufactured by DS Controls. The service department is equipped with all necessary equipment and special tools required for working with all types of manufactured products.

Valve diagnostics and repair
Diagnostics allows for a comprehensive assessment of the valve's condition without dismantling it, identifying wear and defects in key components, and determining and localizing faults. Analyzing dynamic and functional characteristics helps to fine-tune the valve's performance and prevent future malfunctions.
We offer revision and adjustment (calibration/tare) of safety valves both at our own production facilities and using mobile equipment at our customers' sites.

Pump service
The service department provides a full cycle of maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and modernization of pumping equipment, both at customer sites and in our service center. Qualified engineers perform commissioning, inspection, balancing, parts repair, and spare parts manufacturing.
Remote monitoring and diagnostics enable early fault detection, enhance equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.

Mobile service and diagnostic equipment
Field service operations include diagnostics, repair, and adjustment of control, on-off, and safety valves, leak testing of on-off valves, as well as supervision of installation and commissioning of equipment.
For this purpose, both foreign diagnostic complexes and in-house developments are used, along with mobile workshops and test and calibration stands, as well as containerized tool and spare parts warehouses. This enables the full range of work to be performed directly at the customer's site.

Staff training
We offer training for your staff on the assembly, operation, and maintenance of valves. Trained personnel will enable you to operate the valves competently, effectively using their design-intended service life, and to identify all their advantages, which will allow for an improvement in the quality characteristics of your technological process. Any specialist from your company can undergo an internship on a topic of interest at a time convenient for them.
Diagnostic capabilities
Since 2006, our service center specialists have been offering pipeline valve technical condition diagnostics. This service is performed using a portable diagnostic system and the SVI2AP smart positioner. Our team has successfully completed over 7,000 inspections to date.
- Performing work without removing the valve from the pipeline
- Identification of defects and wear of critical valve parts: packing, trim, bearings, stem or shaft, spring and diaphragm, actuator, and positioner
- Fault localization
- Determining functional changes in the valve by comparing historical performance data/graphs
- Analysis of key valve characteristics (hysteresis, dead band, stroke frequency)
- Analysis of the valve system's dynamic characteristics
- Identifying problems related to stroke adjustment
Warranty and post-warranty support
Within the warranty period, DS Controls service center specialists shall, at no cost, resolve any defects by diagnosing, configuring, and repairing individual components or the entire equipment. Alternatively, they may replace faulty parts with new ones, provided that the consumer complies with the warranty conditions and the defect originates from manufacturing.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, DS Controls offers paid repair and maintenance services for all types of manufactured equipment. This includes preventive maintenance, calibration/recalibration of safety valves of its own production and from other manufacturers.
We provide services both at our service center in Veliky Novgorod and on customer premises, using mobile repair facilities. To restore the functionality of on-off, control, and safety valves, as well as digital displacer level transmitters, we employ genuine spare parts.
