A strategic step towards technological independence. Manufacturing and service capabilities have been built. Production of 28000 series microflow valves and desuperheaters is now established, alongside the launch of a network of regional representative offices and service centers.

It has integrated modern valve control technologies such as Fieldbus and Partial Stroke Test, thereby enhancing its reputation as a reliable supplier of equipment for critical industrial applications.

Production modernization: commissioning of a modern paint booth, a test bench, and a 5-axis machining center.
Development of an anti-crisis program to provide factories with spare parts during scheduled shutdowns.
Competency enhancement: certification for welding large-scale sections. Production capabilities expanded to include safety relief valves series 1900 Universal, control valves series 41000 and 41005, changeover valves, and modern diagnostic/testing equipment.
Launch of new business lines: production of pumps and pump servicing.
Implementation of online valve diagnostics.
Enhancing the range of instrumentation and control offerings.
Official state validation: the Ministry of Industry and Trade's conclusion validating the production of industrial goods within the Russian Federation, and certification from Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Institute of Oil and Gas Technological Initiatives" ("INTI") confirming the production site and its products meet all necessary standards.

Import substitution
DS Controls has a long-standing strategy of import substitution and localization of its manufacturing operations. The localization of its output is 70% - 100%, meeting the standards for Russian-origin products under Government Decree No. 719 (July 17, 2015).
The localization level is substantiated by the confirmation of the manufacture of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
DS Controls maintains active and productive cooperation with relevant ministries and departments. As of March 24, 2022, it has been included in the federal list of systemically important enterprises.
